Control Room Supervisor – Security Operations

About the role

The Control Room Supervisor is responsible for managing the security control room at Alfanar's EXA Ceramics facility, ensuring continuous monitoring, rapid incident response, and coordination of security personnel to protect assets and maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the security control room and ensure all security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) are fully operational.
• Monitor all secured premises in real time, respond promptly to alerts, and coordinate response teams during emergencies.
• Document incidents accurately and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Assign duties to control‑room operators, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Act as the primary communication link between control‑room staff, management, and external emergency services.

Required profile

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing security staff.
• Strong decision‑making skills with the capacity to anticipate problems and implement proactive solutions.
• Experience in budgeting, business planning, and performance monitoring.
• Capability to develop and improve security processes, policies, and automated systems.
