Coordinator - Guest Services

About the role

The Coordinator – Guest Services will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Working closely with multiple departments, you will support daily operations, assist the HR team, and maintain a professional reception environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, welcome, book, and refer visitors to the appropriate individual, department, or meeting room.
• Maintain reception and common areas in a tidy and clean condition.
• Connect and transfer calls to relevant departments or stakeholders and handle queries as needed.
• Assist the HR team with onboarding and termination activities and related processes.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as copying documents and booking meeting rooms.
• Receive and distribute delivery mail to appropriate stakeholders promptly.
• Arrange airport collections for specified individuals when required.
• Maintain office supplies and services, including stationery and equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience in a guest services or hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
