About the role
The Cluster Sales Manager – Corporate will drive corporate transient and small‑group revenue for Miraval Red Sea and Grand Hyatt Red Sea, focusing on negotiated corporate, premium corporate, consortia/TPN and small MICE segments. Based in Riyadh, the role serves both local and regional accounts while coordinating travel to the Red Sea properties.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of corporate accounts (HQs, government entities, multinationals) with annual plans and production targets for both properties.
- Prospect and convert new corporate business through outreach, client visits, roadshows and trade association participation.
- Lead the RFP/NRFP process: align rate strategy, submit bids, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
- Grow small corporate groups (up to ~40 rooms) and executive retreats, integrating wellness experiences (Miraval) and luxury services (Grand Hyatt).
- Conduct sales calls, host site inspections and fam trips, managing logistics to the Red Sea destination.
- Maintain pipeline, activities and conversion data in the CRM and keep account information up‑to‑date.
- Negotiate rates, value‑adds and blackout terms within delegated authority, escalating when needed.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing and displacement analysis, and with Marketing on B2B campaigns.
- Ensure post‑stay follow‑up, capture feedback, resolve issues and implement retention plans.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of corporate hotel sales experience in KSA/GCC, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Strong corporate network in Riyadh and fluency in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–40% to Red Sea properties and other Saudi cities.
- Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using a CRM system to manage sales pipelines.
- Negotiation and rate‑strategy development.
- Ability to conduct RFP processes and contract compliance audits.
