Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team and oversee the company’s legal affairs. The successful candidate will manage legal cases, provide strategic advice to management, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on the company’s legal cases and disputes.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on a wide range of matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent and protect the company’s interests when dealing with external parties.
• Monitor legal developments and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all legal matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven experience handling and following up on legal cases and disputes.
• Excellent research, drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of contracts and corporate legal matters.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
