Cost Controller – Food & Beverage (F&B)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join our Food & Beverage team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular cost reports and analyse cost variances for food and beverage operations.
• Control inventory, reconcile stock consumption, and manage wastage and purchasing data.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and F&B teams to drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate cost records in ERP systems and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
