Country Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Country Manager will lead all business activities in Saudi Arabia, shaping medium‑ and long‑term strategies to grow market presence and revenue. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and requires close coordination with sales, operations, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall country operations and business activities.
• Develop and execute medium‑ and long‑term business strategies.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Design sales strategies to expand market presence, increase market share, and drive revenue.
• Set annual sales targets and prepare actionable plans to achieve them.
• Manage and lead the in‑country team.
• Oversee stock, company assets, purchasing, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor customer and supplier payments and cash‑flow matters.
• Evaluate contracts, proposals, and business requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems and relevant international standards.
• Support ERP implementation and system integration.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, operations, and competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–8 years of sales management experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Lubricant sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, procedures, and trade practices.
• Willingness to travel to Qatar when required.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Local Saudi candidates only.
