Courier – Dhahran

About the role

As a Field Courier for DHL Express you will be the face of the company, responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of time‑sensitive shipments across Dhahran and surrounding areas. You will provide a friendly, customer‑focused service while ensuring compliance with all operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels and shipments to customer locations within an assigned route.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer queries and resolve issues on the spot.
• Handle shipments with care, scan items accurately and complete required documentation.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes, taking traffic and delivery deadlines into account.
• Operate the company vehicle safely, conduct daily inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Use handheld scanners and DHL technology to update shipment status and manage routes.
• Adhere to all DHL policies, safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience or a willingness to learn on the job.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
