Retail Sales Agent

About the role

DHL is looking for a Retail Sales Agent to join its Dhahran front‑counter team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both outbound and inbound shipments while ensuring accurate cash handling and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional front‑counter environment.
• Greet customers, provide shipment information, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Process Air Waybills (AWBs) using the SPS system according to company standards.
• Handle cash collections, gateway payments, and daily reconciliation of cash and duties.
• Ensure all shipments meet DHL’s perfect‑shipment criteria and perform security screening.
• Manage brochures, tariffs, and ensure all equipment (card readers, scales, computers) is operational.
• Upload daily SPS data accurately and support any required accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience in a customer‑facing sales or logistics role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments under uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
