Customer Delivery Architect - Splunk Security

About the role

Join Cisco Professional Services Security practice as a Customer Delivery Architect focusing on Splunk security solutions. You will lead design, implementation and ongoing operations of Splunk SIEM, SOAR and AI‑driven security operations for enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Splunk SIEM, SOAR and observability integrations.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to CISO and IT leadership on multi‑functional security projects.
• Design, plan and deliver tailored Splunk security architectures that mitigate risk and improve technology investments.
• Apply AI and automation to optimize security operations, incident response and detection efficacy.
• Develop and maintain high‑value customer relationships, ensuring alignment with security objectives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the creation of reusable documentation and simulation environments.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Expert‑level Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Certified Architect) and proven customer‑facing advisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑functional security consulting or engineering projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience representing technical expertise at industry events.
