Customer Experience Engineer - PI

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Engineer specialized in OSI PI to deliver expert‑level technical support, help customers optimise their automation environments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution for OSI PI and related automation software.
• Assist customers in enhancing performance and functionality of OSI PI solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior support engineers on complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents within SLA targets.
• Develop and deliver technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor support cases to ensure customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of software updates, patches, and configurations.
• Provide feedback to product development on recurring issues and feature requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Engineer or in a comparable role.
• Proven experience with large‑scale System Platform implementations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements effectively.
