Customer Experience Manager – Specialty Care

About the role

As a Customer Experience Manager within Sanofi's Specialty Care team, you will design and execute customer engagement strategies that connect healthcare professionals across Saudi Arabia with innovative therapies. You will play a key role in delivering breakthrough treatments for patients with high unmet medical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with healthcare professionals through face‑to‑face and digital interactions.
• Develop and drive customer engagement strategies that optimize business performance and product reach.
• Take accountability for delivering impact with first‑in‑class and best‑in‑class products across your territory.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure exceptional customer experiences that prioritize patients.
• Manage territory planning, customer segmentation, and opportunity identification using data‑driven insights.
• Lead change initiatives with agility, working toward ambitious collective targets.
• Champion ethical business practices and ensure compliance with Sanofi’s values.

Required profile

• 1.6 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, customer engagement, or commercial excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required); additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally, drive continuous improvement, and adapt quickly.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
