Director of Enterprise Activation (Healthcare Sector)

About the role

The Director of Enterprise Activation is the execution engine that builds Qiddiya Healthcare Company (QHC) into a fully functioning organization. Reporting to the CEO, the role translates corporate strategy into an operating model, mobilizes the startup, and drives disciplined delivery of the transition from a preliminary structure to the target design.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the corporate strategy, evaluate emerging healthcare trends, and develop performance measures for executive decision‑making.
• Translate the approved organization design into an activated operating model, defining roles, decision rights, interfaces, and ways of working across QHC functions.
• Own the enterprise program management office, maintain the master mobilization plan, track milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Prepare leadership decision‑support materials and maintain a single view of startup progress for the CEO, MD, and Board.
• Define and coordinate the shared‑services model with Qiddiya Investment Company, specifying requirements, interfaces, and transition activities.
• Deliver the phased transition roadmap, coordinate stand‑up of new pillars, and maintain a living transition dashboard.
• Coordinate workforce requirements, capability gaps, and setup needs for Day‑1 activation.
• Establish delivery reporting cadence, progress dashboards, and escalation mechanisms.
• Maintain enterprise risk and interdependency registers, assess organizational readiness, and manage contingency planning.
• Serve as primary coordination point between QHC functions, QIC, and the wider Qiddiya ecosystem on activation matters.
