Customer Manager

About the role

The Customer Manager will be responsible for building and expanding key client relationships across Saudi Arabia, driving adoption of KAYTUS’s IT infrastructure solutions. This role combines strategic account development with hands‑on delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand strategic customer relationships in Saudi Arabia.
• Understand client needs and design account development and retention strategies to accelerate product adoption.
• Align with corporate strategy to create and implement a local customer‑development plan.
• Coordinate internal resources (product, technical, support) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Lead commercial negotiations, travel to client sites, uncover new opportunities and close contracts to meet sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product road‑maps and market positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of customer‑management or sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within IT, cloud computing or networking.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market with an established customer network.
• Excellent communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with solid business‑negotiation and written communication abilities.
