About the role
The Customer Service Ambassador is the first point of contact for customers entering SACO stores. You will welcome visitors, identify their needs, and guide them to the appropriate department, ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the responsible Sales Associate.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome every customer entering the store.
- Identify customer needs and escort them to the appropriate department.
- Introduce customers to the responsible Sales Associate and ensure proper handover.
- Support elderly customers and those with disabilities.
- Coordinate with sales staff and supervisors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming entrance.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding departments and services.
- Perform additional customer service duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- High School minimum.
- 1–3 years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
