About the role
J&T Express is looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and delivering accurate information about shipments and services while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customers' calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up on requests until they are fully resolved.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipments and services.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Saudi nationality.
- Minimum one year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Required skills
- Ability to use the company's customer interaction system for recording and updating cases.
