About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our e‑commerce team in Riyadh. The role supports customers throughout their shopping journey, handling inquiries, order follow‑up, and after‑sales issues while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Follow up on orders, shipments, and delivery status.
- Process returns, exchanges, complaints, and after‑sales requests.
- Manage customer orders using the Salla Platform.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and shipping teams to resolve cases.
- Track open cases until fully resolved and maintain accurate interaction records.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Excellent Arabic communication and writing skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, follow‑up, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle computers and online platforms.
