Customer Services Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Services Engineer to deliver advanced technical expertise and engineering support for aerospace tooling, equipment, and ground support equipment (GSE). The role ensures that all service activities meet engineering standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications while contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for maintenance, repair, and servicing of aerospace tooling and equipment.
• Review and validate repair methods, technical procedures, and service instructions for compliance with engineering and quality standards.
• Ensure all service activities adhere to company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review technical reports, service documentation, and engineering assessments.
• Coordinate with quality, operations, logistics, and supply‑chain teams to ensure efficient service execution.
• Offer technical guidance and support to Customer Services Lead Technicians and Technicians.
• Assist in technical communication with customers.

Required profile

• Dynamic and able to thrive in a multicultural, international environment.
• Strong engineering background with experience in aerospace tooling or ground support equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle complex troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
