CyberSecurity Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CyberSecurity Instructor to design and deliver high‑quality training programs. The role involves translating complex security concepts into practical, hands‑on learning experiences that prepare participants for real‑world cybersecurity careers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training through lectures, workshops, and labs.
• Teach foundational and advanced cybersecurity topics using project‑based learning.
• Guide trainees through realistic security scenarios and technical exercises.
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Support learners throughout their training journey and promote continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging threats, security technologies, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or mentoring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners of varying experience levels.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, or Elastic Security.
• Cloud security expertise on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
