Part-Time English Language Trainer

About the role

Al Faisal International Academy in Riyadh is looking for a qualified English Language Trainer on a part‑time basis. The role offers flexible morning and evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday, allowing you to engage adult learners in a dynamic classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English language programmes in line with approved curricula and training plans.
• Prepare and conduct lessons, interactive activities, and assessments.
• Monitor trainee progress, evaluate development and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an engaging, supportive learning atmosphere that promotes language acquisition.
• Adhere to the Academy’s training schedules, policies and procedural guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience teaching or training English.
• Preferred certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL or TEFL.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with modern teaching methods and educational tools.
• Currently residing in Riyadh.
