D365 F&O Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Techno‑Functional Consultant to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of Finance & Operations with hands‑on development skills, especially in retail and manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions, performing fit‑gap analysis.
• Provide functional consultancy across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail & Commerce modules.
• Customize D365 F&O using X++, including forms, tables, classes, workflows, extensions and event handlers.
• Develop and manage integrations using DMF, REST APIs, Azure services and D365 F&O.
• Maintain source control, code deployment and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and LCS.
• Develop SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards, from data modelling to integration with D365.
• Support Retail POS functionality, pricing, promotions, discounts, gift cards and data synchronization.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
• Strong hands‑on experience with X++ development in Visual Studio.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Supply Chain modules, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
• Experience with Agile SDLC, CI/CD, integrations and deployments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
