Data Analyst – Healthcare Performance

About the role

My Clinic KSA is seeking a Data Analyst to build and own a comprehensive, data‑driven view of departmental performance for its Telehome department. You will collect, consolidate and analyse operational and commercial data, creating dashboards that support continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from all available sources and build a comprehensive dataset for the Telehome department.
• Design, enhance and maintain dashboards to track departmental and individual staff performance.
• Generate actionable, data‑driven insights to solve operational challenges and drive improvement.
• Partner with team leaders and coordinators to translate findings into defined improvement actions and monitor outcomes.
• Provide analytical support as the department scales up home‑service referrals and escalates issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or performance management, preferably in healthcare or operations.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience in dataset/database management, data collection and data cleaning.
• Ability to translate raw operational data into actionable insights.
