About the role

The Decision Intelligence Analyst will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the organization. Using advanced analytics, predictive modeling and data visualization, you will support multiple departments in making data‑driven choices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms that enhance decision‑making capabilities.
• Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and real‑time KPI reports.
• Present findings and actionable insights to management using storytelling techniques.
• Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices in data analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, data science or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex analyses to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and critical thinking.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team‑oriented, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
