About the role

The Demand & Supply Planner will translate market data and sales trends into actionable supply decisions. This analytical position bridges forecasting, inventory management, and cross‑functional collaboration to keep supply operations efficient and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market intelligence, historical sales, and industry trends to produce accurate demand forecasts.
• Develop supply plans that maintain optimal inventory levels while identifying potential shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align planning decisions with broader business objectives.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning or forecasting.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
