Deputy EDMS Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Deputy EDMS Manager to lead the information management framework for a multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure program in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role owns the full life‑cycle of engineering, commercial and legal records, ensuring compliance, data integrity and strict access control across all project entities.

Key responsibilities

• Define, update and enforce program‑wide document control policies, numbering taxonomies and SOPs for internal teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee deployment, optimisation and daily administration of the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), guaranteeing metadata compliance and proper system configuration.
• Lead a multinational team of document controllers, conducting regular quality audits to eliminate indexing errors, backlogs and missing revisions.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security protocols in line with client requirements and Parsons privacy standards.
• Produce document status metrics, turnaround‑time analytics and engineering submittal reports for senior project directors.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in document control and records management on large‑scale construction or infrastructure programmes.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience in similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
