Design Manager – Interior Design

About the role

WSP is seeking a Design Manager specialized in interior design to lead the creation of high‑quality interior environments across hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial projects. You will work within a global network of experts, contributing to landmark developments while shaping your own career path.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.
• Review design concepts, material selections, FF&E packages, and detailed design submissions.
• Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support design development through all project stages.
• Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
• Assist with mock‑up reviews and design approvals where required.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 10+ years of relevant experience delivering hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential interiors.
• Strong design review and stakeholder management capabilities.
