About the role

We are looking for a senior individual contributor to lead the technical design and development of enterprise applications. In this role you will deliver high‑quality software solutions, drive engineering best practices, and provide technical leadership across complex development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise software applications.
• Lead technical solution design and influence application architecture decisions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high‑performing software using modern development frameworks.
• Review application designs, source code, and technical solutions to ensure engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long‑term technical improvements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to application capabilities.
