Digital Channel Operations Specialist

About the role

The Digital Channel Operations Specialist is the technical backbone of Alfanar Group’s digital presence. You will manage the company’s websites, optimise search‑engine visibility and oversee automated email and SMS campaigns, ensuring that digital experiences are fast, modern and conversion‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain core digital infrastructure, including websites, product catalogs and landing pages.
• Update web content, technical datasheets and digital assets to guarantee structural accuracy, responsiveness and brand compliance.
• Ensure platform uptime, security settings and optimal page‑load speeds across all web touchpoints.
• Upload, format and publish technical content via the CMS according to campaign timelines.
• Coordinate with internal IT and external development teams for seamless deployment of new digital platforms or portal features.
• Support technical SEO initiatives by managing meta‑tags, site maps and mobile responsiveness.
• Track web traffic, lead‑form pathways and user navigation to maintain flawless analytics tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of web assets, UTM parameters and site updates, generating performance reports on rankings, traffic and user experience.
• Monitor and resolve backend issues such as broken links, faulty forms or mobile‑experience problems.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in digital channel management or related technical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, IT and development teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple web projects and meet deployment deadlines.
