Digital Marketing & Content Creator Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing & Content Creator Specialist to own our digital presence and turn construction projects into engaging stories. The role combines daily content production, on‑site photography/videography, and paid advertising management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish daily content across all social media platforms.
• Visit project sites to capture professional photos and videos.
• Produce short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and promotional material.
• Design social media posts, stories and marketing assets using graphic tools.
• Manage social media accounts, maintain a content calendar and write optimized captions.
• Plan, launch and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on trends and continuously introduce fresh content ideas.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong photography and videography abilities.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience running and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Valid driving licence preferred for site visits.
