Marketing Manager – Coffee & Roastery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our coffee, roastery and F&B brand in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on building brand awareness, driving B2B and consumer growth, and coordinating with sales and operations to meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business growth.
• Build brand awareness across the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Design and manage B2B marketing initiatives to acquire new corporate clients.
• Oversee campaigns, social media, digital marketing, events and promotions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers and corporate customers.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve targets.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external partners.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular marketing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in coffee, roastery, F&B or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and an established industry network.
• Proven experience in brand building, B2B and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, creativity and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred.
