Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our paid advertising efforts across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role focuses on driving growth, increasing sales, and maximizing return on ad spend for a portfolio of products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Allocate and manage large advertising budgets across countries, products and channels based on performance data.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies to meet sales targets and improve ROAS.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, analyse conversion rates, CPS and CPA, and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Prepare media plans, budget forecasts and determine required spend to achieve targets.
• Analyse product, audience and creative performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Use GA4, platform analytics and measurement tools to generate reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure tracking set‑up (pixels, CAPI, conversion events) is accurate and collaborate with e‑commerce, content and design teams.
• Supervise the digital marketing team, ensuring high‑quality execution and performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in performance‑based marketing and managing paid campaigns.
• Proven track record of handling multi‑market campaigns, preferably in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven budget allocation decisions.
• Experience managing and optimising large advertising budgets.
