About the role
Klanik is seeking a Director – Analytics to lead its GDAC Analytics Team within the oil & gas sector. This senior position will shape the analytics vision, drive AI‑enabled solutions, and ensure data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the GDAC Analytics Team.
- Develop and execute an analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary analytics and AI teams.
- Drive innovation through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data‑driven solutions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business value.
- Ensure governance, quality, and best practices across all analytics initiatives.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
