Director – Office Leasing (Commercial Office)

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Director of Office Leasing to lead the leasing strategy for its commercial office portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Leasing, you will be instrumental in positioning Qiddiya as a premier business destination by attracting and securing high‑quality occupiers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial office leasing strategy across the Qiddiya portfolio.
• Identify, target and secure local, regional and international tenants that align with Qiddiya’s vision.
• Create leasing plans that maximise occupancy, rental income, tenant quality and long‑term asset value.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging workplace requirements to inform leasing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate occupiers, government bodies, multinational companies, brokers and real‑estate partners.
• Lead lease negotiations, structure deals and coordinate with legal, finance, development and operations teams.
• Oversee preparation and execution of heads of terms, lease agreements and related commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with development, asset management, marketing and finance to align leasing objectives with project delivery.
• Provide market intelligence and tenant feedback to shape future product design and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the commercial office market and leasing practices.
• Proven track record of leasing office assets to multinational corporations, government entities and leading regional businesses.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior‑level occupiers and brokers.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, development and operations teams.
