Dynatrace Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Dynatrace Consultant to join our banking‑domain client in Riyadh. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain production‑grade dashboards and monitoring solutions in Dynatrace.
• Create funnels, map user journeys, and configure business events.
• Configure and analyze Dynatrace Session Replay for user experience insights.
• Set up alerting, anomaly detection, and integrate notifications with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or PagerDuty.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure end‑to‑end observability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on experience with Dynatrace in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to deliver monitoring solutions for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Strong understanding of APM concepts including distributed tracing, log management, RUM, synthetic and infrastructure monitoring.
