E-Commerce Executive

About the role

The E‑Commerce Executive will drive online sales across multiple marketplace partners, ensuring seamless execution of promotions, listings and performance targets in line with the brand’s digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and relationships with e‑commerce customers such as Ninja, HungerStation, Noon and Amazon.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing agreed promotional and pricing strategies.
• Ensure product assortment is updated and aligned across all platforms, onboarding new SKUs and seasonal launches on time.
• Plan and execute online promotions, flash sales and campaigns in coordination with marketing and platform teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, conversion rates and market share to identify opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and customer service to guarantee product availability and timely replenishment.
• Proactively follow up on payment collections, resolve invoice disputes and share balance confirmations with finance.
• Work with brand and media teams to optimise product listings with proper images, descriptions and SEO‑friendly content.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure cohesive operations and budget alignment.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour in the e‑commerce space.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing day‑to‑day operations with e‑commerce partners such as Ninja, HungerStation, Noon or Amazon.
• Demonstrated ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective promotional and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor sales data, conversion rates and market share and propose corrective actions.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with marketing, supply‑chain, finance and brand teams.
