E-Commerce Manager – Lead Online Performance

About the role

The Brick is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead its online performance across thebrick.com and other digital properties. Reporting to the Marketing Team, you will drive sales, enhance user experience, and mentor a growing e‑commerce team in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales KPIs and user‑experience targets.
• Provide day‑to‑day mentorship and support to the e‑commerce team.
• Prioritize and manage team workload while improving processes and productivity.
• Shape the strategic vision for The Brick’s digital roadmap in collaboration with Marketing, IT, Operations, and Purchasing.
• Research customer trends to inform website and app design.
• Oversee large‑scale project implementation and track key performance metrics.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver digital initiatives.
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Recruit and develop team members, keeping skills aligned with emerging e‑commerce trends.
