E-commerce Operations & Logistics Supervisor

About the role

You will lead the end‑to‑end order and fulfillment cycle for an e‑commerce business that sells through its own platform (Zid) and multiple marketplaces. The role combines hands‑on warehouse management, inventory control, coordination with fulfillment and courier partners, and supervision of external manufacturing, ensuring all processes follow the company’s 182‑page Operations Manual and service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily orders via the Zid dashboard and oversee the full order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, cancellation or return.
• Ensure no order remains in an operational status beyond the approved processing time.
• Coordinate picking, packing and shipping activities with warehouse and fulfillment teams.
• Track pending, delayed, cancelled or exception orders and apply corrective actions promptly.
• Manage warehouse and inventory transactions through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Oversee fulfillment and courier partners, as well as marketplace operations on Amazon, Trendyol and others.
• Plan and execute stock replenishment for retail branches and seasonal exhibitions.
• Supervise external manufacturing of custom seating products.
• Enforce the Operations Manual, conduct root‑cause analysis of incidents, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in e‑commerce operations or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead teams, enforce SOPs and maintain high service standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root‑cause resolution.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership of operational processes.
