E-commerce Operations Supervisor – WordPress / WooCommerce

About the role

Rshat Itr, a Saudi‑based perfume e‑commerce business, is seeking a practical and organized professional to supervise daily operations of its WordPress/WooCommerce store. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that blends product management, basic SEO, image editing and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the online perfume store.
• Add, update and organize products manually or via Excel/CSV imports.
• Improve product page structure, UX and SEO using Rank Math or Yoast.
• Edit and standardize product images with Canva, Photoshop or AI tools; create simple banners for web and social media.
• Write and refine product descriptions in Arabic and/or English.
• Work with Elementor and common WooCommerce plugins; monitor minor site issues and liaise with developers.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost content quality and productivity.
• Suggest marketing actions such as campaigns, landing pages and paid‑ad requirements.
• Identify when external design, marketing or development support is needed and coordinate tasks.
• Prepare weekly reports on completed tasks, issues and improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with WordPress/WooCommerce store management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Dammam and work on‑site.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with designers, developers and marketers.
