E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Alomar Holding Company is seeking an E‑Commerce Specialist to oversee the daily operation of its online stores across multiple brands. The role ensures a smooth, accurate shopping experience, supporting sales performance and operational efficiency on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon and others.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate all company online stores on a daily basis, including product uploads, price updates, stock availability and promotional banners.
• Create and maintain promotions, discount codes, bundles, seasonal offers and website banners.
• Monitor incoming orders, coordinate with warehouse, suppliers and shipping partners to guarantee timely delivery.
• Handle order exceptions – delayed shipments, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer complaints.
• Respond to customer inquiries via website chat, WhatsApp, social media and marketplace messaging.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, VAT, shipping, payment and return settings across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce campaign assets, product images and landing pages.
• Track store performance, generate weekly and monthly reports on sales, top‑selling items, stock issues and operational challenges.
• Support the launch of new stores, products, sales channels and online campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Information Systems or a related field (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, online campaigns and e‑commerce performance metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Amazon Marketplace and Noon.
• Product upload and inventory management.
• Order processing and customer service handling.
