E‑Commerce Sales Manager

About the role

Al Rabie Saudi Foods is expanding its digital commerce footprint and seeks an E‑Commerce Sales Manager to own, build and scale its online sales presence across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will drive revenue and brand visibility on major marketplaces, quick‑commerce apps and retailer e‑channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the e‑commerce channel strategy aligned with commercial and brand objectives, meeting annual and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify white‑space opportunities and develop channel‑specific product bundles, e‑exclusive SKUs and gifting formats.
• Own the e‑commerce P&L, managing net revenue, trade spend, promotional ROI and profitability.
• Lead pricing, promotional architecture and assortment decisions per platform while ensuring margin compliance.
• Negotiate joint business plans, commercial terms, listing fees and activation calendars with marketplace and quick‑commerce partners.
• Maintain best‑in‑class digital shelf execution, including accurate product data, imagery and health claim compliance.
• Ensure high in‑stock rates, accurate listings and on‑time fulfillment across all platforms.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp with strong digital fluency.
• Proven experience managing e‑commerce sales channels in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast volumes and coordinate with supply‑chain teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience handling marketplace partnerships.
