Electrical Maintenance Foreman

About the role

The Maintenance Foreman – Electrical will be based in Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role supervises, coordinates and executes all maintenance activities within the factory, ensuring reliable operation of machinery and equipment by leading a team of technicians and scheduling preventive and corrective work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, allocating tasks and resources effectively.
• Train, mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices.
• Monitor performance and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Oversee routine preventive and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, breakdowns and malfunctions to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance codes, standards and factory safety guidelines.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
• Implement lock‑out/tag‑out and other safety procedures during maintenance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align maintenance strategy with production and quality goals.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering diploma (preferred).
• 5–7 years of industrial/factory maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial plant maintenance, control systems, PLCs, motors and automation.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Very good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
