Electrical QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The Electrical QA/QC Engineer will lead a team responsible for ensuring that all electrical products and processes meet Alfanar’s high quality, safety, and environmental standards. This position combines technical oversight with people management to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and supervise sub‑ordinates, delegating tasks to maintain morale and productivity.
• Plan and execute activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently, controlling cost and time while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations, progress, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve operational problems; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, specifications, and documentation for electrical products and processes.
• Coordinate written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical quality assurance or control.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven leadership and team‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
