Electrical Site Manager

About the role

The Electrical Site Manager will lead all electrical activities on construction sites, ensuring that work complies with contract specifications, standards and client requirements. This role combines system testing supervision, safety oversight and coordination of installation, commissioning and hand‑over processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise system testing and manage overall field activities.
• Verify material and protection requirements against contracts and standards.
• Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance and documentation to meet client specifications.
• Plan manpower and schedule based on project scope and client needs.
• Review and approve installation drawings, support commissioning, and manage defect identification, snagging and closure.
• Monitor construction performance, ensuring tasks follow plans and drawings.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across all contractors.
• Assist onsite teams to keep subcontractors aligned with program and construction sequence.
• Raise and resolve issues that could affect progress, quality or benchmarks.
• Develop and obtain approval for punch‑list clearance.
• Validate RMI/RFI qualifications with consultants.
• Participate in client meetings, record action items and follow‑up.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Execute any official tasks assigned by the Business Unit manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10‑15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar managerial position.
• Saudi national.
• MBA highly recommended; Project Management Certificate a plus.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
