Electrical Technician – Predictive Maintenance

About the role

The main role is to execute predictive, preventive, and reactive electrical maintenance activities to ensure reliable equipment performance and support safe and continuous production operations. The technician will troubleshoot electrical faults, maintain panels and wiring, and assist operators with basic electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Key responsibilities

• Execute predictive, preventive, and reactive electrical maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
• Review job orders, set priorities, and carry out repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
• Read electrical diagrams, diagnose faults, and repair panels, wiring, and connections.
• Identify operational losses, propose counter‑measures, and support equipment reliability improvements.
• Perform safety risk analyses and pre‑work safety checks before starting work.
• Follow QHSE procedures, wear required PPE, and use digital maintenance tools such as AMM Mobile.
• Collaborate with production teams on continuous‑improvement initiatives and coach operators in basic electrical troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of electrical maintenance experience, including predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance.
• Proficiency in English and basic IT skills.
