Elevator Troubleshooting Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Troubleshooting Technician to join our technical services team in Dammam. The successful candidate will independently diagnose, repair, and maintain elevator systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in elevators.
• Attend breakdown calls, identify root causes, and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Service controllers, VFDs/drives, door systems, safety circuits, sensors, relays, and contactors.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Document service actions and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Provide technical support to junior technicians when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on elevator experience.
• Proven ability to work independently on fault finding and breakdown repairs.
• Experience with multiple elevator brands and controllers is highly preferred.
• GCC experience and an ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or a related field are advantageous.
