Enterprise Account Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will drive incremental demand creation and sales of Trellix’s complex security portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The role requires deep knowledge of Trellix products, industry trends, and competitors, and the ability to translate that knowledge into value‑added proposals for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, initiate sales relationships, prepare and present solutions, and close deals.
• Leverage internal technical resources to meet customer solution requirements.
• Analyze customer environments to understand needs and collaborate with technical teams.
• Drive proof‑of‑concept engagements and upsell/cross‑sell Trellix security products.
• Generate demand with resellers and end‑users, increasing product awareness and mindshare.
• Develop internal stakeholder relationships and engage at multiple levels, including board‑level discussions.
• Create account and opportunity plans to improve strategy and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build strategic agreements with channel and service partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Decision‑making and negotiating authority within defined guidelines.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build C‑level relationships in complex organisations.
• Experience engaging presales technical and professional services early in the sales cycle.
• Proven experience working with channel partners and system integrators.
• Mature, confident, patient, perseverant with strong interpersonal and commercial awareness.
