About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and drive our enterprise architecture strategy in Riyadh. You will ensure that technology investments are aligned with business objectives and that our solutions are scalable, secure, and future‑ready.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
Define architecture principles, standards, reference models and governance processes.
Design current‑state and target‑state architecture models and create transformation roadmaps.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.
Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, engineering teams and project managers to ensure architectural alignment.
Lead technology modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments and provide technical guidance across projects.
Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on best practices.

Required profile

9–12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and governance mechanisms.

Required skills

Enterprise architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, Gartner EA.
Architecture modeling: ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, C4 Model.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
Architecture domains: Business, Application, Data, Technology, Security.
Microservices, API Architecture, Event‑Driven Architecture, Integration Patterns.
DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA), Domain‑Driven Design (DDD).
Enterprise architecture tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, Orbus Software, MEGA HOPEX.
Governance frameworks: ITIL, COBIT.
Security and compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls.
