ERP & IT Systems Specialist

About the role

The ERP & IT Systems Specialist will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure while administering, customizing, and supporting the Odoo ERP platform. This role blends IT operations, system development, and business process automation to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the Odoo ERP system, including module configuration, customization, and user training.
• Develop reports, workflows, dashboards, and automation within Odoo and troubleshoot related issues.
• Create APIs and integrations between Odoo and third‑party applications, and develop custom software solutions.
• Provide technical support for computers, printers, biometric devices, IP phones, and networking equipment.
• Manage servers, cloud services, Microsoft 365, email systems, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Implement IT policies, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT, systems administration, or ERP support.
• Proven experience administering and customizing Odoo ERP.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
