Odoo Developer & AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer & AI Solutions Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. This position blends Odoo ERP development with AI-driven enhancements to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based backend solutions and integrations.
• Implement and optimise AI‑powered features and automation workflows.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems, APIs, and cloud services.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing system support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
