Execution Excellence Manager

About the role

The Execution Excellence Manager drives operational excellence by leading systematic process improvements and embedding best‑practice methodologies across the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines project management, Lean Six Sigma, and change management to deliver measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that boost operational performance and efficiency.
• Assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to create roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to foster engagement and collective problem‑solving.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs to executive leadership.
• Design and deliver training programs on Lean and Six Sigma practices.
• Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt) certification preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading change‑management initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with data‑analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
