Experience Planning Manager

About the role

The Experience Planning Manager leads the Experience Planning team at Miraval The Red Sea, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless, personalized journey from pre‑arrival through departure. Working closely with Reservations, Front Office, Concierge, Sales, Events, Food & Beverage and Spa & Wellness Operations, the role translates guest preferences, wellness goals and special requests into balanced, operationally feasible itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Experience Planning team to deliver intuitive, personalized guest service.
• Oversee pre‑arrival and in‑house itinerary planning, ensuring itineraries align with guest preferences, wellness packages and special occasions.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office and Concierge to communicate guest details, VIP information and package inclusions.
• Partner with Sales, Events and Retreats teams to plan group, retreat and special program itineraries, securing capacity in Book4Time.
• Manage complex itineraries, last‑minute requests and service recovery situations, engaging directly with guests when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and booking data in Opera and Book4Time to support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or resort operations with a focus on guest experience planning.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance guest personalization and operational feasibility.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Opera property management system.
• Proficiency with Book4Time scheduling and booking platform.
